CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Writing with AI Over 50 • The Invisible Pen

  Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

By purchasing any class, coaching package, membership, or digital product from Writing with AI Over 50 / The Invisible Pen, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.Except where required by law, no refunds will be issued.

We stand behind the quality of our programs and are committed to your success. We offer rescheduling options and replay access to ensure you receive the full value of your purchase — but we do not offer refunds.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the program in its current format and platform availability.

CLASSES  

Self-Paced Classes

• No refunds. You receive immediate, lifetime access to all materials.

• Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program in its current format and hosting platform.

• If you experience technical issues accessing content, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Live Classes

• No refunds.

• All live sessions are recorded. Replays are available within 24 hours.

• If you miss a live session, you will have access to the replay. No makeup sessions are provided.

• Replay access is included for the lifetime of the program. 

• Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program in its current format and hosting platform.

• If you cannot attend the scheduled class dates, you may request to transfer your registration to a future cohort (subject to availability). Transfer requests must be made before the first session.

VIP Classes (Live + 1:1 Session)

• No refunds.

• Your included 1:1 session must be scheduled within 90 days of your class end date.

• 1:1 sessions not scheduled within 90 days are forfeited.

• Clients are responsible for scheduling their 1:1 session within the allotted timeframe. Reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

COACHING  

Discovery Sessions ($50)

• No refunds.

• May be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice. No-shows forfeit the session.

1:1 Coaching Packages

• No refunds.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice at no charge.

• Reschedule requests with 2–24 hours notice: $50 late reschedule fee, payable prior to the rescheduled session.

• Reschedule requests with less than 2 hours notice or no-shows: session is forfeited.

• All sessions in your package must be used within 6 months of purchase.

• Unused sessions after 6 months are forfeited. No exceptions.

Group Coaching Cohorts

• No refunds.

• All sessions are recorded. If you miss a session, you will have access to the replay.

• You may request to transfer to a future cohort before the first session (subject to availability).

SKOOL MEMBERSHIP

• No refunds for any billing period (monthly or annual).

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

• Annual memberships: No partial refunds if you cancel before the year ends.

• It is the member’s responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date.

PAYMENT PLANS  

• Payment plans are a convenience, not a trial. By choosing a payment plan, you commit to the full purchase price.

• If you stop making payments, your access will be paused immediately until payment is received.

• You remain responsible for the full balance regardless of whether you continue using the program.

• No refunds on payment plan purchases.

• Continued non-payment may result in permanent loss of access and/or collections for the remaining balance.

Exceptions

We understand life happens. In the case of documented death, serious illness, or medical emergency (yours or an immediate family member), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly to discuss options. Decisions made under this exception clause are at our sole discretion and do not constitute a waiver of this policy.

Outside of these circumstances, all sales are final.
